The China Business Centre’s activities are focused on brand-building, marketing and sales management for TCL colour TV. It is one of the largest sales organizations in China, with an efficient and optimal structure.
Previously known as TCL Applicances Sales Co. Ltd, which was founded in 1991, it has built a flexible, efficient and forward-looking sales and marketing system, after passing through various adjustment phases with names like “targeted marketing”, “cultivation of refinement”, “professional practice” and “scale built for speed”. During 2006 the Centre launched 174 new colour TV products, most of them high-end models, which included LCD TV. In fact TCL maintained its position as market leader with a market share of 18% in China by volume.
The organization comprises 27 branches, 168 sales operations and over 20,000 sales outlets, reflecting the strategic thrust of TCL.
